Biazo Summit
Managing a defined event application through launch.

Client: Jesus House DC, a faith-based midsized organization
The challenge
Jesus House DC had decided to build a web application for its annual Biazo Summit. The application needed to bring together event information, attendee registration, and sponsorship activity.
Delivery required coordination between the PPS committee (Project Sponsor), organization leadership, vendors, and the people responsible for sponsor and attendee communications.
Roye’s role
Roye managed the product and project through launch, translating the agreed direction into practical requirements and coordinating the people responsible for delivery.
He connected application development with stakeholder feedback, vendor activities, and launch communications. His progress updates made completed work, outstanding dependencies, and next steps visible to the team.
The result
By February 18, 2026, the project update recorded:
- The event website application launched on its custom domain.
- Attendee registration and sponsorship-pledge flows live.
- Registration data capture and CRM/email infrastructure operational.
- Analytics and performance tracking enabled.
The organization gained a central destination for event information, registration, and sponsorship. These systems supported substantial fundraising for the Biazo Summit.
Why this experience matters
This engagement demonstrates Roye’s ability to take an already-defined product, translate its requirements into coordinated work, and manage the process through launch.
